Which size should I buy? I need help finding the right size.

Each item has a size chart in the additional product photos. Measure your favorite T-shirt or hoodie, then correlate those measurements against the size chart provided to ensure the right fit. If you desire an oversized fit, we recommend going up a size, as most styles are true to size.

Can I cancel, change, or return my order?

All sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges as Cowpoke cannot guarantee the condition of returned merchandise. Please be mindful of the size, style, and shipping details, as amendments to your order can only be made before your order has shipped.

Shipping

All of our orders are shipped through USPS. Cowpoke is not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect address provided. Please be sure to provide an exact address, including the apartment or suite number if applicable. If a package is returned to sender, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs associated with re-delivery. If you are paying through PayPal, be sure your address is up to date within PayPal. Once the package is accepted by USPS, all questions about your shipping timeline can be forwarded to them using your tracking number.
